In 2018, their work in this area saved both fuel and prevented the destruction of a forest with around 2,000 trees by reducing carbon dioxide emissions. It has renewed its entire vehicle fleet for mandatory road transport with vehicles in the Euro/5 and Euro/6 standards in accordance with the EU’s CO2 emission standards. All vehicles in the fleet are regularly subjected to sound and exhaust tests by the manufacturers’ authorized representatives and checked. The materials used in interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles are environmentally friendly.

In all facilities and headquarters of Marmaray Logistics, energy resources such as water and electricity are used economically.

Green Office

The use of paper has been completely stopped, except in mandatory situations.

There are separate recycling units to collect paper and battery waste and these are sent to the relevant recycling centers at regular intervals.

The materials used in office cleaning are environmentally friendly.

Office working hours are shifted twice a year to summer time and winter time to take more advantage of daylight.
